Since 2012, the Center-Val de Loire Region has cooperated with Indian independent music stakeholders. The regional operators of the current music sector have led several exchanges: delegations of professionals each year at the XChange festival, dissemination of emerging artists from the Region in India, etc. In 2019, this cooperation takes a new turn: new forms of travel, focused on teaching and the structuring of the sectors are being put in place.
